✨ Fox & Tots Slime Camp Policies

We’re so excited to create a fun, creative experience for your child! Please review our policies before booking.

 📅 Booking & Payment

 All camps must be paid in full to reserve your child’s spot.

Spots are limited and fill quickly, so we recommend booking in advance.

💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

 Due to the nature of our camps, all bookings are non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund

• Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will receive full store credit
• No refunds or credits for cancellations within 14 days of camp

💖 If Your Child Is Unhappy

 Your child’s experience matters to us!

 While we do not offer refunds, if your child does not have a positive experience, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will happily offer one of the following:

• Store credit
• Transfer to another camp/session
• One-time redo experience

 Limit one adjustment per booking.

⏰ Drop-Off & Pick-Up

 Camp hours: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

• Early Drop-Off (8:00 AM): $10 (must be arranged in advance)
• Late Pick-Up: $10 after 12:45 PM

Please be on time—late pickups impact staffing and other scheduled events.

🎒 What to Bring

•  Lunch
• Water bottle
• Sleeping bag (for movie/rest time)

Please label all items with your child’s name.

🔁 Attendance & Missed Days

•  Camp days are reserved specifically for your child
• No refunds or credits for missed days
• Limited transfers may be offered with advance notice, based on availability

🧼 Safety & Behavior

 We strive to create a safe and fun environment for all children.

If a child is unable to follow basic instructions or is disruptive to the group, we may require early pick-up. No refunds will be issued in this case.

📸 Photos & Social Media

We may take photos/videos during camp for social media and marketing purposes.

If you prefer your child not be photographed, please let us know at check-in.

 By booking with Fox & Tots, you agree to all policies listed above.
